Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of packaging procurement, from identifying and onboarding vendors to negotiating terms and evaluating their performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market movements and apply pricing strategies.
• Manage supplier partnerships, tracking KPIs such as price, quality, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with NPD, Marketing, and wider business teams to support efficient operations.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• Hands-on experience in sourcing and managing packaging materials, ideally gained within a similar food manufacturing industry.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, with strong analytical skills and and a proactive mindset.
• Excels at building strong working relationships and has excellent communication skills.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

• Up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Hybrid working (4 days per week in office).
