What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the friendly face behind our customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support our team's efficiency
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus!
