Role: Personal Injury Fee Earner - EL/PL & RTA
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in the recruitment of a Non-Qualified Fee Earner to join their Personal Injury team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner or paralegal with a background in Personal Injury litigation to join a supportive and fast-paced team handling a varied caseload of EL/PL and RTA matters.

You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, dealing with a broad range of Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims. The role offers excellent exposure to quality work within a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The firm is keen to speak with candidates who are confident handling litigated or pre-litigated matters and who are passionate about delivering excellent client care.

• Managing a caseload of EL/PL and RTA claims from inception through to settlement
• Handling both pre-litigated and litigated personal injury matters
• Assessing liability and quantum
• Drafting correspondence, witness statements and court documents
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties
• Progressing claims efficiently in line with procedural deadlines
• Negotiating settlements and advising clients throughout the claims process
• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance requirements are met

• Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters
• Experience with EL/PL and RTA claims is essential
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and CPR procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
