Your New Role

As Senior Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the pre-construction and bid function, contributing to the successful conversion of major building projects.Working closely with estimating, design, project leadership and the wider bid team, you will:

• Develop high-quality, competitive tender programmes
• Produce clear methodologies, phasing strategies and logistics planning
• Identify programme risks, constraints and opportunities at pre-construction stage
• Support bid submissions and attend tender presentations
• Ensure planning outputs align with internal governance and client requirements
• Use industry-standard planning software to generate accurate, well-structured programmes

This is a strategic role that will place you at the forefront of early-stage project development within a high-performing team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within a main contractor environment
• Strong pre-construction and tender planning experience across building projects
• Sound technical understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or similar software
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting planning outputs
• The ability to analyse complex information and produce accurate programmes to tight deadlines
