Description

The Corporate Partner will be:

  • Leading and developing the Corporate practice in Manchester
  • Managing and expanding a high-value client portfolio
  • Driving business development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
  • Working closely with national teams to enhance cross-office collaboration


Profile

The Corporate Partner should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ PQE in Corporate law
  • Experienced in handling complex corporate transactions
  • Able to bring a sustainable client following
  • A proven leader with strong business development capabilities
  • Commercially astute with a collaborative mindset
