The Opportunity

Due to continued business growth, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Financial Services professional to step into a senior leadership role within a highly regarded, boutique wealth management firm. This position offers the chance to take full ownership of adviser performance, development, and growth strategy, leading a team of 12 Financial Advisers with ambitious plans to expand to 20 (or more!).

This is a pure leadership role – no client advice responsibilities – ideal for an individual who has previously operated as an Adviser and progressed into management, and now seeks to influence at a strategic level.


The Role

• Lead, manage and develop a team of Financial Advisers, driving performance, productivity, and professional standards

• Implement clear KPIs, performance frameworks, and accountability structures

• Recruit and onboard high-calibre advisers to support ongoing expansion

• Coach, mentor and develop advisers to maximise revenue, client outcomes, and retention

• Work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy and growth plans

• Identify and implement new business opportunities and revenue streams

• Foster a high-performance culture built on professionalism, collaboration, and excellence


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Financial Advisers within wealth management, private banking, or financial planning

• Background as a Financial Adviser (essential)

• Strong track record in improving sales performance and adviser productivity

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and team development

• Deep understanding of FCA regulation and financial planning frameworks

• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
