Our client, a premium franchise-approved car dealership based in Salisbury, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to lead an established aftersales operation within a reputable dealership group. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no rota'd Saturday work; occasional Saturday mornings may be required based on business needs
Duties as a Aftersales Manager:
Lead and manage the aftersales team, including 6 workshop staff, 3 Service Advisors, and 2 Parts Advisors
Ensure efficient utilisation of workshop facilities to maximise labour and parts sales
Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining the dealership's high standards and reputation
Support colleagues and implement policies aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Maintain stock levels, workshop performance, and profitability
Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation within the service department
Foster a positive team environment and support staff development
Requirements:
Recent experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a medium to large franchise-approved dealership
Proven ability to manage sizeable teams and operations efficiently
Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and develop staff
IT literate with the ability to utilise dealership management systems
Valid UK driving license with minimal points
Reside within a reasonable commute of Salisbury
Focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth
