This full-time role involves supporting warehouse operations with a focus on procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory control. You will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, maintain accurate stock records, and assist in stock forecasting and quality control. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring efficient warehouse functioning, optimal stock levels, and cost management, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and team members.

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory systems; ERP experience is desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Full understanding of health and safety procedures and inventory controls
