Job Title: Estates Administrator
Reports To: Group Head of Estates
Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Estates team across reactive maintenance, planned works, and compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Carry out general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and using Microsoft Office and specialist software.
  • Submit Purchase Orders for Estates functions, including cleaning services, across all sites.
  • Support the Group Head of Estates with placing orders and preparing information for both Estates departments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for managing internal and external bookings across the organisation.
  • Take minutes for Estates meetings when required.
  • Coordinate Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems across multiple car park sites.
  • Maintain an understanding of basic health and safety requirements relevant to estates functions and the importance of compliance documentation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
  • Identify administrative or operational issues, escalate where necessary, and take proactive steps to resolve problems.
  • Carry out any additional duties required to support departmental operations.
