Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join a small, close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly IFA firm where you’ll gain exposure across pensions, investments, mortgages and protection, with real scope to develop your career over time.

The Role

You’ll provide hands-on support to advisers across the full client lifecycle, including:

• Managing client communications and day-to-day queries
• Processing new business and seeing cases through to completion
• Supporting research and gathering product/provider information
• Assisting with suitability reports and client reviews
• Preparing documentation for mortgage and protection cases
• Maintaining accurate client records and file compliance
• 
  

You’ll work closely with the team in a collaborative environment where everyone supports each other, no hierarchy-heavy structure.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within an IFA / financial planning practice
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments (essential)
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
