Job Type: Full-time
Location: Fort Dunlop (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days from home)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s finance team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative business offering hybrid working. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process purchase invoices and complete three-way matching
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and supplier queries efficiently
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update the purchase ledger
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting deadlines

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
  • AAT Level 2 qualification 
  • Experience using SAGE
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
