We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth and efficient service from order to delivery.


Logistics Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately through internal systems
  • Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update customers with order status information
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service and logistics processes


Skills & experience required:


  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
