About the Role

We are working with a well-established and growing law firm based in Newcastle, who are looking to appoint a talented Conveyancing Solicitor to join their residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service and looking for long-term career progression within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
• Maintain excellent client care and build strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
• Work closely with colleagues to support the growth of the department

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ+ experience welcome)
• Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• A proactive and client-focused approach
