Trainee Lettings Administrator - Wakefield

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Administrator to join a busy and supportive Estate Agents based in Wakefield. This is a complete entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start a career in the property industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

As a Trainee Lettings Administrator, you will learn and support with:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
  • Assisting with referencing and compliance checks
  • Coordinating property viewings and booking appointments
  • Managing landlord and tenant enquiries via phone and email
  • Updating property listings and internal databases
  • Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all files are accurate and compliant with current legislation

To apply you must have...

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / email systems)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

No previous property experience is required, just a genuine interest in building a career in lettings.
