A great opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join a great insurance business. The role will be joining an established CRM team and you will responsible for owning the strategy and delivery of CRM comms across lifecycle and retention journeys.

You will be joining the business at an exciting time in their growth journey. Looking for a data orientated and technical CRM Manager, to lead on end-to-end campaign execution.

  • Managing journey maps and campaign calendars
  • Owning comms journeys and end-to-end campaigns - Copy, Design, Targeting set-up
  • Test plans and learning summaries
  • Tasked with measurable improvements in retention and engagement
  • Leading with A/B testing
  • CRM channel planning - Email, SMS, In-App and Push

Profile

  • 3+ years of proven CRM experience
  • A background working in a similar data focused industry - Finance/Insurance/Gaming etc
  • Extensive experience with Lifecycle Management and Retention
  • Previous subscriptions or reacurring payments experience would be a huge plus
  • Previous experience in CRM channel planning (Email, SMS, In-App, Push)
  • Test design and execution of campaigns (A/B, Multivariate)
  • Collaborate with internal data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging
  • Journey orchestration, personalisation logic, dynamic content setup
  • Audience segmentation and QA targeting logic
  • Extensive experience building campaigns (Emails and SMS) - this is essential for the role
  • Technical understanding or CRM data flows and integration points

Job Offer

Fully remote role. Must be UK based and monthly travel to their HQ (2/3 days onsite monthly)

£50k - £55k
