Reed is hiring a Business Manager to join our Epsom office, offering a high visibility opportunity within one of our most exciting and developing regions.

What you will be doing

  • Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants

  • Running and contributing to a 360-recruitment desk

  • Driving business growth across multiple specialisms

  • Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

  • Expanding market share across the Surrey region

  • Creating a high-performance culture focused on delivery, quality and development

  • Working collaboratively across specialisms, with no siloed structure

  • Exploring new markets and opportunities to grow revenue


What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter

  • Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership

  • Strong commercial mindset and business development capability

  • A motivating and hands on approach to coaching and developing others

  • Ambition to build and grow a high performing team

  • Adaptable and open minded, with the ability to work across multiple specialisms
