Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out property valuations and market appraisals
• Generate new business opportunities and win instructions
• Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
• Progress sales through to completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Support overall branch performance and sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Valuation and listing experience advantageous
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Target-driven and highly motivated
• Well-presented with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Local area knowledge beneficial
