Junior PA – Temporary Opportunity
£17–£18 per hour | London | 5 Days Office Based

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Junior Personal Assistant to join a busy Private Equity office on a temporary basis for 3–4 months.

Supporting an Executive Assistant within a Private Equity environment, this is a hands-on, fast-paced and varied role, ideal for a junior candidate looking to gain strong practical experience and valuable exposure within a professional and high-performing environment.

There is potential for the role to become permanent depending on business needs.

The Role

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing additional support to the Executive Assistant during a particularly busy personal and operational period
• Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings
• Managing diary and calendar scheduling across holidays, travel arrangements and multiple ongoing projects
• Tracking project timelines and key deadlines
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external parties, ensuring all communications are clear and consistent
• Assisting with event planning and coordinating various logistics
• Supporting with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks within a fast-moving environment
• Helping maintain organisation across multiple ongoing projects and priorities

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear and consistent communication
• Reliable, efficient and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently while remaining flexible and collaborative
• A strong communicator with a positive and professional approach
• Previous exposure to Private Equity, UHNW or professional services environments would be highly beneficial
