We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract based in London. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office. Offering a day rate of £500-£550 per day (Outside IR35) with a leading healthcare charity.

Our client, a well-established healthcare charity in London, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives. The role will focus on embedding best practice change management across projects while engaging in strong stakeholder engagement.

Description

• Take ownership of delivery change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring they support overall strategic priorities.
• Contribute to project delivery by applying best practice across budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits tracking.
• Carry out impact assessments to evaluate the success and effectiveness of change activities.
• Design and implement communication and engagement plans to drive adoption and minimise resistance.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders.

Profile

• Proven experience delivering project management initiatives, experience within healthcare/clinical environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.
• Strong communication skills is a must, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality reports and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £500 - £550 Outside IR35.
