This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced New Homes professional to join a highly regarded multi-disciplinary property business with an excellent reputation, established developer relationships and ambitious growth plans.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the New Homes division, developing relationships with developers and housebuilders, winning new instructions and leading a successful team.

The Role

As Head of New Homes, you will oversee the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the department, working closely with developers, landowners and internal teams to maximise opportunities across residential developments throughout the South East.

This role would suit a commercially driven property professional who enjoys business development, leadership and relationship management within the new homes and development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the New Homes team
• Winning and managing new homes instructions
• Building relationships with developers, housebuilders and housing associations
• Advising clients on pricing, launch strategy and market conditions
• Overseeing developments from launch through to legal completion
• Working alongside land and planning teams
• Monitoring pipeline activity, sales performance and forecasting
• Representing the business at networking events and launches
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Significant experience within New Homes sales
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong developer and housebuilder relationships
• Proven track record of winning business and driving revenue
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded and target driven
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Full UK driving licence
