Salary: £34,000–£39,000

Hours: 45–50 hours per week

Accommodation: Live-in available at £60 per week

Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking to join a busy, newly refurbished, high-volume resort kitchen where your skills are recognised and rewarded? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section, deliver high-quality dishes, and work within a professional and supportive brigade.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen while maintaining consistently high standards
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
  • Full driving licence required unless using the live-in accommodation

Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your section during prep and service
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support senior chefs and help mentor junior team members
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control
