We’re looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operative to join a supportive team where reliability, organisation, and teamwork are key. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with logistics and dispatch coordination, helping ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on position where you’ll split your time between warehouse operations and logistics administration. You’ll be involved in everything from picking and packing to organising shipments and coordinating with couriers, playing a vital role in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Processing shipments and preparing documentation
• Printing and allocating shipping labels
• Liaising with couriers regarding collections and delivery schedules
• Booking courier collections
• Updating customer shipping portals and dispatch records
• Receiving and processing incoming deliveries
• Keeping packing and despatch areas clean, organised, and efficient
• Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable carrying out both hands-on and administrative tasks
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
