What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and confident approach with clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good local knowledge of the Clapham / Balham area preferred
