Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000

We are currently working with a highly respected Wealth Management practice to recruit a Wealth Management Administrator to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a professional environment where client service and operational excellence are at the centre of everything they do.

The role will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of client cases from initial onboarding through to ongoing servicing.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the advisory team by managing client administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements. This is a varied role within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Administration

  • Support advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day client administration tasks
  • Prepare and process new business applications and supporting documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all required information is accurately collected and recorded
  • Maintain and update client records on internal systems, including Salesforce

Ongoing Servicing Support

  • Process withdrawals, contributions, and policy changes
  • Assist in preparing documentation for client review meetings
  • Support the production and issuing of suitability reports and client letters
  • Liaise with providers to track progress of applications and policy servicing requests

Compliance and Data Management

  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with FCA requirements
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure records are up to date
  • Support internal compliance processes and audits where required
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care

Team Support

  • Work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and the wider operations team
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required
  • Contribute to improving processes and efficiency within the team
About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a structured professional environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within Financial Services or Professional Services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
