PR Assistant

Location: Norfolk HQ with UK travel as required

We’re currently partnering with a fast-growing British heritage retail brand to recruit a PR Assistant into their Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and highly organised individual looking to develop their career within PR, influencer and affiliate marketing in a premium/luxury environment.

The Opportunity

Our client is building a modern brand rooted in craftsmanship, community and considered growth, with strong expansion across the UK and international markets. PR, influencer engagement and affiliate partnerships are central to their continued success, and this role will play a key part in supporting those activities.

Reporting into the PR Manager, you’ll support day-to-day press office activity, influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships, while gaining exposure to campaigns, events and brand activations. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone creative, detail-focused and commercially aware.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Relations

• Supporting PR campaigns across fashion, lifestyle and regional press
• Drafting and distributing press releases and media materials
• Assisting with pitching campaigns, launches and seasonal stories
• Building relationships with journalists, editors and stylists
• Managing press samples, send-outs and returns
• Monitoring media coverage and reporting on performance
• Supporting press events, appointments and brand activations

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

• Supporting influencer partnerships across organic and paid activity
• Researching and outreaching to relevant creators
• Coordinating gifting, mailers and campaign activity
• Assisting with affiliate partnerships (including AWIN and LTK)
• Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Supporting campaign pitching to media and influencer contacts

Events & Brand Activity

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of events and activations
• Managing guest lists, logistics and on-site support
• Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, social and e-commerce
• Providing general administrative support across PR activity

About You

• Previous experience in PR, influencer or affiliate marketing (ideally within fashion, premium or lifestyle sectors)
• Strong writing and communication skills, with experience drafting press materials
• Understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate platforms
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident building relationships and managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in fashion, brand storytelling and digital culture
