The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while building long-term relationships across the life sciences sector.

• Building trusted relationships with biotech and pharma clients
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from first conversation to placement
• Growing strong candidate networks across the Life Sciences industry
• Working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

• Right to work in the UK (we don’t currently offer sponsorship)
• At least 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Able to commute to Horsham and happy to work in the office part of the week
• A positive, commercial mindset with the drive to grow your desk
• Comfortable using CRMs and sourcing tools
