Packing Assistant

Gillingham

£12.71 per hour

Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

We are currently recruiting a Packing Assistant to join a busy and friendly team based in Gillingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• Lifting stock onto pallets
• Moving pallets using electric pallet trucks (EPTs)
• Assisting with pallet movement using a forklift (approximately once per week)

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Experience using electric pallet trucks is desirable
• Forklift licence is an advantage (not essential) - ideal for candidates able to help move pallets when required
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
