One of our large clients is currently looking for an experienced client service person ideally with financial/banking experience

  • Serves as a key daily contact person for Global Collateral Clients - represents the firm directly and is a main contributor to client satisfaction and perception
    * Continually evaluates client needs across a broad spectrum of topics and proactively drives client engagement - receives client feedback and is therefore a key escalation point.
    * Lead person for the instruction and management of client operational and administrative setup, particularly during client onboarding.
    * Proactively identifies and researches client issues in order to provide resolution, and a key contributor to client service health measurement.
    * Collaborates with Account Manager and Relationship Manager colleagues to share best practice, seek and provide support, and improve processes.
    * Informs and trains the client on the availability and use of systems and products as appropriate.
    * Tracks and reports on client needs and requests for assigned client portfolio. Contributes to the development of team/unit metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
    * Contributes knowledge (both internal technical knowledge, and client knowledge) to internal initiatives to improve systems, products, and processes.

Experience

Banking/Financial services -would be preferred

Client service or processing background experience

Confident to speak with clients

Support with Client forms, account opening

Proactive person, able to think ahead

Attention to detail
