The Role Lead and manage SEND provision across the school Support the strategic leadership team as Assistant Headteacher Ensure pupils with additional needs receive outstanding support Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies Monitor progress, interventions, and EHCP provision Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) SENDCo qualification or relevant leadership experience Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passion for inclusive education and pupil achievement What Aspire People Offer Competitive daily pay rates from £258.59-£293 per day Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant Opportunities for long-term and permanent leadership roles Access to a wide network of schools across the area
