Operations Team Leader

We’re looking for an Operations Team Leader to manage and develop a team. If you understand the pace and pressure of a skilled trades environment, this is your chance to step up.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and coaching a team to deliver efficient job scheduling and service delivery
• Managing workloads, priorities, and escalations
• Supporting engineers and operational teams to hit targets and SLAs
• Using data and systems to track performance and improve delivery
• Driving a strong, customer-focused team culture

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a trades environment (Gas desirable)
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator used to working in fast-paced operations
• Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and H&S
