An inclusive secondary school in Enfield is looking for an SEN TA to support students with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to specialise in SEN.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Supporting students with emotional regulation and learning
• Adapting classroom resources to student needs
• Working closely with SENCOs and external specialists

• Experience supporting SEN or vulnerable young people
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
