Management Accountant | £40,000–£45,000 | North West London (NW10) | On-site

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SME in North West London who are looking for a Management Accountant to own their finance function and report directly to the Director. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of their expanding company. This is a hands-on role with real visibility and strong potential for career advancement as the business expands.

What you'll do:

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
• Own bookkeeping and month-end close
• Present financial insights directly to the Director
• Supervise and develop junior finance staff
• Help build out the wider finance function as the company grows

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a management accounting or similar finance role
• Solid bookkeeping and management accounts experience
• Part-qualified or qualified — AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent (QBE considered)
• Experience supervising junior staff
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment
