The Role

You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload, including:

• Complex Wills and Estate Planning
• High-value Probate and Estate Administration
• Trust creation and management
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters

You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees, delivering bespoke, strategic advice.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong Private Client experience
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• STEP qualification (or working towards) highly advantageous
