Brighton College is seeking to appoint a Minibus Driver to join our dedicated team in the heart of Brighton & Hove. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading educational institution, supporting the daily transport of pupils whilst upholding the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring a dependable and efficient transport service, contributing positively to the smooth operation of a busy and high-performing school environment.

Hours of Work: You will be required to work 40 hours per week across different shift patterns, to be discussed further at interview. This is a term-time (35 weeks) only appointment.

As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting pupils to and from the College, ensuring punctuality and maintaining high driving standards. You will carry out vehicle checks, keep the minibuses clean, assist passengers as needed, and follow all safety and operational procedures to provide a seamless service that our students rely on daily.

Minibus Driver Requirements:

• Possess a full, clean UK D1 Minibus Licence (Essential)
• Possess a category D bus licence (Desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work confidently with young people
