Description


  • Generate new business opportunities within HR and Talent through proactive, BD-led activity
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with HR Directors, Heads of Talent, and TA leaders
  • Lead face-to-face meetings, client visits, and commercial conversations that convert into live roles
  • Plan, run, and attend networking events to raise profile and create opportunities
  • Work closely with the London HR recruitment team to align client needs with market expertise
  • Consistently progress conversations, manage pipelines, and deliver against revenue targets


Profile


  • A BD-led professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to win new business
  • Comfortable and credible in front of senior HR and Talent stakeholders, able to lead conversations and challenge when needed
  • Proactive, resilient, and persistent-someone who enjoys opening doors and pushing opportunities forward
  • Confident working autonomously but collaborative with internal teams
  • Background in recruitment BD or a sales/BD role from another professional services environment
  • Motivated by visibility, impact, and performance-based reward
