Location: Can be office based but home working is also available.

Hours: Full time. 9am until 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary; £30,000 - £40,000+ Negotiable

Contract type: Permanent

Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join their successful Paraplanning team by providing daily Paraplanning support to the Financial Advisers and clients within the business.


Key Duties/Responsibilities/Person Specification:


  • Providing high quality technical paraplanning support to the adviser team and Paraplanning Manager across all areas of financial advice
  • Preparation of suitability letter and reports in line with Advice framework standards and compliance
  • Research and analysis of financial products.
  • Analysing clients circumstances, goals and objectives to match the desired outcome
  • Accurately recording clients data and compliance
  • Communication between client and adviser to ensure both parties are updated throughout the process.
  • Working within desired timescales for completion of tasks
  • Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards • Maintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days.
  • Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Previous and proven successful experience in Paraplanning role is essential
  • Diploma or working towards is desirable but not essential
  • Genuine interest in Financial Services and paraplanning as a career
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT Skills
  • Always demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Works well as an individual and as part of a large team
