Reed Legal are thrilled to be partnering with a well-established, close-knit North East law firm who are looking to appoint a Head of Dispute Resolution to lead and grow its litigation offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with genuine autonomy, overseeing a small but capable team while shaping the future direction of the department.

The role offers a broad and varied caseload across civil and commercial disputes — including company debt recovery, contested probate, and landlord & tenant matters — with scope to develop the work in line with your own interests and expertise. You’ll also play a key role in driving business development, with support and budget available to build your profile and client base.
