To be successful min this role, you will need to be

?

• Full CeMap (or equivalent) qualification in order to provide mortgage and protection advice
• Willingness and openness to learn and develop
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills both
• Previous experience in a customer service focus industry would be ideal
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi or Polish is ideal but not a necessity
