We’re working with a well-established manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service while keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting customers and internal teams, ensuring enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Working towards team KPIs and service targets
  • Escalating any customer issues or potential order delays to the Team Leader
  • Reviewing daily reports and highlighting any discrepancies
  • Following internal processes and flagging any missing or incorrect information
  • Ensuring queries are directed to the correct internal teams for resolution
  • Supporting colleagues across the team as needed
  • Assisting with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks

About You

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Positive, proactive approach
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
