Internal Sales / Account Manager – Fast-Paced Team + Real Earning Potential

We are currently working on a brilliant opportunity with a fast-growing, high-performing business based in Leeds.

They are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team — and it’s ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with customers daily.

You’ll be:

• Partnering with a field-based sales rep to manage a live customer base
• Speaking to customers all day — calls, emails, WhatsApp
• Driving business by quoting, chasing, upselling and re-engaging accounts
• Booking around 10 appointments per day for your field counterpart
• Acting as the go-to contact for your customers

Package & benefits

• £30,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience
• Profit share scheme (real additional earning potential)
