Account Director, London / Hybrid – £50K


We’re looking for an ambitious Account Director to join a vibrant, purpose-led creative agency.


This is a key senior role within the business, leading client relationships, driving account growth and helping shape the future of the Client Services team.


This agency partners with charities, education organisations and purpose-driven brands, delivering thoughtful, creative work that creates real impact. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine strong commercial thinking with meaningful work.


As Account Director, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue. Most of your time will be focused on developing existing partnerships, with some of your time supporting new business and pipeline growth.


You’ll also play an important role internally, mentoring junior team members, supporting the wider Client Services team, and working closely with strategy and creative teams to deliver high-quality work.


This Account Director will:



  • Lead and grow key client relationships, building long-term partnerships
  • Identify and convert opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue
  • Manage pipeline, sales targets and account profitability
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance
  • Lead, mentor and develop members of the Client Services team
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget and high quality
  • Work closely with leadership on new business and agency growth
  • Help improve internal processes across client services, strategy and creative


We’re looking for an Account Director who:



  • Has strong agency-side client services experience
  • Is confident managing and growing complex client relationships
  • Has a solid understanding of branding, design and digital campaigns
  • Brings strong commercial awareness and experience driving revenue
  • Is comfortable leading teams and developing junior talent
  • Can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment



Experience working with charities, education or purpose-led brands would be a bonus.
