We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing business seeking an Interim FP&A Analyst to support and enhance their planning and forecasting processes during an exciting period of growth.

This role will play a key part in improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening financial visibility, and enabling better data-driven decision-making across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles
• Build, maintain, and enhance robust financial models, with a strong focus on revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Deliver in-depth analysis across revenue streams, margins, and key business performance drivers
• Take ownership of the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or commercial finance roles
• Strong financial modelling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with complex datasets and analysing revenue performance
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
