£25 - £30 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Event/Conference Coordinator to join a fast-paced professional environment on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Experience working within a banking or financial services environment is highly desirable.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinating conferences, meetings and corporate events end-to-end
  • Managing schedules, attendee communications and logistics
  • Preparing reports, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate records
  • Producing and analysing data using advanced MS Excel
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders, vendors and internal teams
  • Supporting multiple projects within tight deadlines

What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably financial services/investment banking  
  • Strong MS Excel skills including reporting, formulas and data management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in events or investor conferences desired
