The Opportunity
A growing business in Gloucestershire is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to support continued commercial growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of digital channels, customer journeys, and lead generation activity — with a direct link to revenue.
Crucially, this role offers a clear pathway into a Marketing Manager position, making it ideal for someone ready to step up over the next 12–24 months.
The Role
You’ll work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on, digital performance, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimise website performance (UX, content, SEO, conversion)
Deliver email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
Build and optimise customer journeys and lead nurturing flows
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, PPC, paid social)
Create content (blogs, case studies, email, social)
Manage social media channels to drive engagement and awareness
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Work closely with sales to align marketing with pipeline targets
Identify new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years’ experience in a digital / CRM / marketing role
Strong understanding of email marketing, automation and lead generation
Experience managing websites and/or eCommerce platforms
Comfortable working across multiple channels (email, web, social, paid)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance
Proactive, hands-on and commercially aware
Desirable:
Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of SEO / PPC
Background in B2B environments
