The Role

You'll sit within the central marketing team, taking ownership of campaigns, digital properties, and content across multiple brands and storefronts. It's a varied, hands-on position with real impact from day one - based out of their London or Lisbon office.

  • Planning and executing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and partnerships
  • Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end
  • Maintaining and optimising websites across platforms including Magento 2, Shopify, and Webflow
  • Designing, writing, and deploying email campaigns via HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce
  • Developing content and digital assets to support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Analysing performance in Google Analytics and turning data into clear recommendations
  • Collaborating with sales teams, partners, and agencies to keep marketing aligned with commercial goalsA

Candidate Criteria

  • Proven track record delivering campaigns with a strong commercial focus
  • Experience managing ecommerce websites (Magento 2 a bonus)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email automation
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign
  • Data-driven with excellent written English
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong collaborator who works well with sales teams, partners, and agencies
