About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join a busy team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced office environment with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support including typing, filing, email management, and document preparation
Act as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries
Manage appointments, scheduling, and general coordination
Maintain diaries and support effective time management
Handle records management in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements
Support data entry, reporting, and use of internal systems
Manage office supplies and assist with general office administration
Provide reception support when required
Skills & Experience
Previous administration or office support experience
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Professional and reliable approach to work
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
