Join the team as a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator at the Head Office of a leading logistics company based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This role is ideal for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a role with long-term potential.

Working days: Will cover a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday 
Hours: 05:00 - 13:30 or 06:00 - 14:30 Approx 25 hours per week

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer emails
  • Logging customer queries accurately on the company CRM system
  • Managing live issues and investigating discrepancies
  • Completing KPI trackers and performance reports
  • Collating information and updating internal business systems
  • Chasing internal teams to resolve outstanding queries
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with depots and customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple queries effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving Licence - Preferable
