Location: Colnbrook (near Heathrow)

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join a leading airfreight logistics company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in freight forwarding to develop their career in a fast-growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and key partners
  • Manage your own pipeline – track leads, progress, and close deals using CRM tools
  • Spend approximately 3 days per week in the field meeting clients and attending events
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company confidently at meetings, expos, and networking events

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Airfreight or freight forwarding knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Consultative and confident approach to winning business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
