A forward-thinking independent Estate and Lettings Agency are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their Ruislip office. The role involves managing and developing the lettings team, growing the property register, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Manage and support the lettings team to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Increase and maintain the property portfolio across the South Ruislip area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Oversee tenancy renewals, maintenance coordination, and daily property management tasks
• Ensure all lettings activities comply with current legislation and company procedures
• Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
• Experience managing or supervising a lettings team
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional and motivated approach to work
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence required
