Residential Conveyancer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a long-established and highly regarded South Yorkshire law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Doncaster office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and approachable practice with a strong local reputation for providing high quality legal services to individuals and families across the region. The firm has established conveyancing teams and continues to see strong levels of repeat business and referrals.
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion matters with the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction

Requirements:

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A client-focused and proactive approach
